Instructions
1. Cook the Crispy Potatoes
Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes become golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Tip: Avoid stirring too often so the potatoes develop a crispy crust.
2. Cook the Sausages
In another skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Cook until they are evenly browned and fully cooked inside.
