You’ll need:

4 fresh Purple Maguey leaves (washed and chopped)

2 cinnamon sticks

2 cups of water

Directions:
1. Rinse the leaves thoroughly to remove impurities.
2. Chop the leaves into small pieces to help release their active compounds.
3. Combine the chopped leaves and cinnamon sticks in a pot.
4. Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Strain into a mug and enjoy the tea warm.
How to Use It for Best Results
Drink one cup per day, ideally in the morning before eating.
