Preparation Steps:

Soak the Chia seeds.

In a small basin, combine the seeds with around 100 mL of warm water. Allow them to swell for 10 to 15 minutes, until they have a gel-like consistency.

Mix the granules.

In a cup, combine cinnamon and turmeric.

Add the liquids.

Pour in the apple cider vinegar and then the honey. Mix thoroughly until the honey is fully dissolved.

Stir in the chia seed

Add the chia gel to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Enjoy immediately

You can adjust the taste with a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of black pepper (pepper helps with the absorption of curcumin).
