Recipe 3: Steam Bath to Open Pores
Ingredients:
1 liter of hot water
1 sprig of chamomile or a few mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Hold your face a safe distance from the steam for 5 minutes. Then, rinse your face and apply a mask or cold water to tighten pores.
Precautions:
Avoid this product if you suffer from rosacea, have very sensitive skin, or circulatory problems.
