Foods to treat and prevent cavities
To restore calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood and allow minerals from food to nourish teeth, simply cutting out sweets or processed foods isn't enough. A diet rich in minerals and vitamins is necessary to rebuild strong dental structure!

The foods to prioritize are:
Coconut oil, clarified butter (ghee), organic or Bleu-Blanc-Cœur meat, seafood, or bone broth.

Offal, such as liver.
