🥣 Step-by-step preparation

1. Prepare the soaking device
In a large bowl, beat:

eggs
Milk
sugar
vanilla sugar
👉 Mix until you obtain a smooth, slightly foamy and fragrant texture.

2. Soak the bread slices
Arrange the slices of bread in a shallow dish.
Gently pour the mixture over the top, or dip each slice into the bowl.
Let it soak for 1 to 2 minutes per side. The bread should be soft but not soggy.
Tip : Bread that is one day or two days old is ideal because it holds up better during baking.
