Rare but possible reactions
For some people, raw apples can cause a slight tingling sensation in the mouth or throat. In most cases, this is harmless, but it's a warning sign. The good news is that cooked apples are often much better tolerated and just as delicious, especially in homemade compote or baked with a touch of cinnamon.
The right amount to enjoy the benefits
For most women, one or two apples a day represents an excellent balance. This portion provides fiber, vitamins, and beneficial plant compounds without overloading the body. To vary your intake, it's also recommended to alternate with other seasonal fruits: pears, berries, or citrus fruits, each with its own nutritional advantages.
