The subtle impact on teeth
Few people realize it, but apples are slightly acidic. Combined with their natural sugars, this acidity can weaken tooth enamel if eaten frequently throughout the day. A simple trick can limit this effect: drink a glass of water after eating an apple and wait about thirty minutes before brushing your teeth, so as not to further damage temporarily weakened enamel.
