2. Always chewing on the same side
The jaw is a muscle. If you only use one side, that side develops more and the other weakens, causing:

How to correct it:
Chew on both sides alternately and eat foods that force the jaw to work (apples, carrots, nuts, natural gum).
3. Excessive caffeine
Too much coffee or energy drinks cause:

Skin needs rest, not constant stimulation.
