Thicken jams and sauces with natural pectin
Lemon seeds are naturally rich in pectin. Place them in a tea ball or a small muslin bag, then let them simmer with your preparation (jam, jelly, or compote). Remove the bag at the end of cooking: the thickening effect is there, without any seeds when you eat it.
